Agree to our terms & conditions, which primarily state the following:

-     Agree to a minimum 4 hours of massage.

-     Agree to the price structure of $50 per ½ hour / $100 per 1 hour massage.

-     Agree to the 50/50 split.

-     Agree to have 1 check written to you (the therapist) and 1 check written to the charity.

-     Agreement of time, date, etc.  This is between the host and the therapist (not Massages For Charity International).  As hosts call you, the two of you decide what date is best for both of you.

-     Agree to host receiving their ½ hour massage for FREE (with a 4 hour minimum).
