You are paid immediately after each party.  I typically have the host collect all the money and pay me at the end.  This way I can stay focused on massage and keeping each client on time.

At a minimum party, you are guaranteed $200. 

Of course some people tip.

You can also choose to allow more than the minimum people to sign up (in which case you could earn as much as you can handle).
